Dileena’s career is a roadmap of digital innovation and commercial leadership. As a Client Partner for TikTok (2024–Present), he works closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure strong execution and campaign precision. This follows his tenure as a Business Development Manager at ADA Digital Singapore (2023–2024), where he supported brands in adopting advanced digital solutions like WhatsApp for Business. His strategic perspective is uniquely enriched by his entrepreneurial background as the Co-Founder and Business Lead of Fluencr.io (2021–2023). By scaling Sri Lanka’s largest content creator marketplace and onboarding over 400 influencers, he gained hands-on exposure to end-to-end business operations and redefined how brands execute authentic, scalable collaborations.

Dileena is a recognized specialist in the "TikTok for Business" ecosystem, having contributed to eight separate campaigns featured as global TikTok success stories within the FMCG and Telco sectors. His expertise was further solidified when one of his managed campaigns was shortlisted for the prestigious TikTok for Business Awards in the MEA region. Notably, his work on Ogilvy Sri Lanka’s ‘Cloud Coffee’ campaign for Nescafé was featured globally, showcasing his ability to bridge the gap between creative storytelling and hard-hitting

Dileena holds a Diploma of Business from the Australian College of Business and Technology (2017). He maintains deep technical mastery of the platforms he represents, holding the prestigious TikTok Green Belt certification. This blend of traditional business logic and platform-specific expertise allows him to advise clients with a level of authority that is both grounded in business fundamentals and optimized for the latest digital trends.

I also value teaching as an opportunity to engage closely with fellow digital marketers. Collaborating with peers allows for meaningful conversations and the sharing of diverse experiences, which helps me continue learning and stay connected to changing industry perspectives. This two-way learning environment keeps sessions dynamic, current, and mutually beneficial. In my sessions, I encourage open discussion, questions, and critical thinking. Rather than focusing only on outcomes, I aim to build clarity, confidence, and strategic thinking.

The impact I strive to create is to help learners become more commercially aware, adaptable, and confident in applying their knowledge. For me, teaching is about sharing experience, learning together, and building capability beyond the classroom.
