He has led digital strategy and innovations across companies and markets including Unilever, Samsung, Nestle, Hemas, CBL, TVS, and HNB, with a footprint spanning Sri Lanka, India, Australia, UAE, Maldives, USA, South Africa, and Malaysia.
Currently serving as the Senior Marketing Manager at BoardPAC (2025 to present), Ashwin heads marketing and lead generation operations, driving brand strategy, demand generation, and go-to-market execution through data-driven, multi-channel marketing aligned to business growth. Previously, he served as the Head of Digital Marketing at Gravitas Integrated (2024 to 2025) and as the Senior Manager - Digital Media at GroupM Sri Lanka (2022 to 2024).
