The module also shows how Claude can be integrated as the intelligent layer that processes and responds within automated workflows. Through real business examples like handling customer inquiries and generating reports, you will understand how automation improves efficiency. By the end of the module, you will be able to build a simple end-to-end AI-powered workflow using Make.com, with an introduction to n8n for more advanced or self-hosted use cases.

Entry Criteria
Must have an intermediate-level understanding of AI prompt writing for Large Language Models.
Basic familiarity with common business applications such as Gmail, Google Forms, and Slack.
A Make.com account (free tier is sufficient for the hands-on session).
An Anthropic API key with access to Claude for the AI integration component.
Upon successful completion of each module, learners will receive an e-certificate. Learners who complete a minimum of three modules will receive the APIDM Certified AI Business Innovator certification and APIDM Certified Digital Badge to easily share your achievement on LinkedIn and other platforms. This represents the successful completion of Stage 2 of the AI Business Acceleration Series.
