What I enjoy most about teaching is seeing people grow in confidence. I find the most satisfaction in simplifying complex ideas and turning them into clear, practical approaches that people can actually use. When learners begin to ask better questions, test strategies on their own, and make informed decisions, it shows that real learning is happening.
